Job summary

Abis Co in Saudi Arabia is seeking a QC Inspector – Piping to perform in-process and final inspections of piping fabrication and installation, ensuring compliance with ASME B31.3 and project ITPs. Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as a QC Inspector on piping construction/fabrication projects.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; professional certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3 and ITP processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections on piping fabrication and installation works.
• Witness hydrotests and NDE activities per the ITP (RT/UT/PT/MT).
• Verify pipe fit-up, alignment, and welding against isometrics and WPS.
• Record inspection results and raise non-conformances as required.
• Coordinate hold points with client/third-party inspectors and maintain QC records.
