Durucooperation in Saudi Arabia seeks a QC Piping Inspector to oversee fabrication, installation, and testing of piping systems in line with project specs and international codes.

The role requires strong QA/QC knowledge, isometric/drawing review, and coordination with NDT teams to ensure safe, compliant operations on site in Dammam. Diploma or Bachelor’s with years of experience are acceptable, with a focus on quality assurance and field inspections.

Formación

• Diploma Holder with min 7.5 years experience as QC Inspector.
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder with min 5 years experience as QC Inspector.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct inspections for piping fabrication, erection, alignment, and installation activities.
• Verify piping materials, fittings, valves, and supports in accordance with project specifications.
• Review piping isometrics, drawings, welding maps, and technical documentation.
• Monitor hydrotesting, flushing, and pressure testing activities.
• Coordinate with NDT teams and review inspection reports for piping welds and joints.
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international piping standards, project procedures, and QA/QC requirements.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and project quality meetings.
• Ensure safety compliance during all inspection and testing activities.
