Job summary

SLB in Dhahran Compound is looking for a Field HSE Specialist to enhance health, safety, and environment culture at worksites. The role involves developing HSE compliance, assisting in HSE Management Systems implementation, and conducting effective training sessions.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in HSE or related fields, 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, and strong communication skills. Relevant HSE certifications will be a preferred asset for this position.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in oil & gas.
• Familiarity with local and international HSE regulations.
• Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop awareness of HSE compliance as part of management responsibilities.
• Assist in implementing HSE Management Systems and defining objectives.
• Conduct review meetings for assessing Quality and HSE Systems.
