Qualifications

• 10 years of professional experience in field engineering, lighting installation, or AV systems.
• Proficiency with lighting design and installation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems including projection, audio equipment, and control platforms.
• Experience with rigging, mounting, and installation of equipment.
• Solid understanding of electrical safety protocols and industry compliance standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in equipment maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel and work on-site at various locations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test lighting systems including LED fixtures, conventional lighting, and moving light equipment.
• Set up and integrate audio-visual systems including projection, audio equipment, and control systems.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and technical support to resolve system issues efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of lighting and AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and local requirements.
• Document system configurations, technical specifications, and maintenance activities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of complex lighting and AV installations for events, venues, and corporate environments.
• Travel to various project sites as needed to support installations and provide technical support.
• Maintain organized inventory records and equipment logs.
