Job summary

El-Ajou Group Trading Co. in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced AV Technician to install, configure, and maintain professional AV systems across client sites. You will support classrooms, meeting rooms, and event spaces, ensuring reliable operation and adherence to SLAs.

The role requires hands-on experience with AV installation, troubleshooting, networking, cabling, and video conferencing, along with strong documentation and safety awareness. Willingness to work at customer sites is essential.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electronics or related field.
3–5 years of hands-on AV experience.
Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, test, commission, and maintain AV systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair projectors, displays, LED/LCD screens, video walls, audio systems, and control systems.
Support meeting rooms, boardrooms, classrooms, auditoriums, and digital signage solutions.
Configure and troubleshoot AV networking, signal flow, cabling, HDMI/HDBaseT/IP-based AV, and AV over IP.
Provide technical support for video conferencing and collaboration systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per SLAs and service requirements.
