Job summary

NADEC is seeking a Supervisor - Engineering Projects to coordinate and supervise end-to-end project execution across our manufacturing and processing facilities in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee design reviews, installations, testing, commissioning, and handover while enforcing safety, quality, and operational standards.

The role requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, SCE membership, and strong collaboration with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics or engineering technology.
• 2-3 years in engineering projects, maintenance, manufacturing, utilities, automation, or facilities.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership required.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, project execution, installation supervision, and commissioning.
• Experience with contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering projects involving Dairy, Juice, Beverage, Food Processing, Utilities, Packaging, and Infrastructure installations.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and contractor performance.
• Review and interpret engineering documentation, including P&IDs, PFDs, equipment layouts, utility layouts, and electrical drawings.
• Supervise mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation installation activities.
• Coordinate FAT, SAT, commissioning, validation, and production trial activities.
• Support automation and controls testing, including PLC I/O verification, HMI testing, and safety circuit validation.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, engineering drawings, commissioning reports, and handover dossiers.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, risks, and recovery plans to support successful project delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
