Job summary

Cochlear Saudi Arabia is seeking a Clinical Technical Specialist to support surgeons, audiologists, and healthcare professionals in the South Region of Saudi Arabia. Based in Abha, you will be a clinical and technical partner across the patient journey, from planning to post-operative follow-up.

The role requires 2–3 years of clinical experience, fluency in Arabic and English, and mobility for extensive travel within the region.

Qualifications

Degree in audiology, biomedical engineering, healthcare sciences or related field.
2–3 years of relevant clinical audiology or healthcare experience.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Valid driving licence or ability to obtain one.
Saudi Commission for Health Specialties audiology licence.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and technical guidance on Cochlear implant and acoustic hearing solutions.
Support surgical planning, device programming, troubleshooting and patient outcomes.
Deliver pre-operative consultation, intra-operative assistance and post-operative follow-up.
Design and deliver training for surgeons, audiologists and clinical teams.
Facilitate workshops and clinical education programmes.
Support introduction of new products and software and maintain records.
