Job summary

Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory (Position based in Almanhal Water Factory - Jeddah Industrial Area) seeks a Shift Controller to manage overnight and day shift operations, guiding staff to meet high standards while maintaining safety and service quality.

Responsibilities include supervising employees, acting as manager on duty when needed, and coordinating with Front Office and other departments. Candidates should have a high school diploma and proven supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading a larger group.
• Demonstrated ability to lead operations and people.
• Proficient in data entry and computer use.

Job Purpose

Responsible for all operations during overnight and/or day shift hours, focusing on the operations activity , Shift controller & apply all safety concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the operation, making sure they adhere to the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set policies and procedures, coaching, training and correcting where needed.
• Maintain a professional and high-quality service oriented environment at all times.
• Act as manager on duty for the operation in the absence of the Manager dealing with complaints, problem-solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise.
• Manage the night shift and/or day shift in the department ensuring all employees perform the tasks assigned to them and coordinate Front Office activities with other departments
• Adhere to the Nestle EHS rules and procedures at all times during the working hours to ensure own and others safety.

Experince & Requirements

• Hold High School, Diploma
• Supervisory experince & demonstrated capability to lead a larger group.
• Good computer skills and ability to perform data entry accurately.
