Job summary

Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory (Position based in Almanhal Water Factory - Jeddah Industrial Area) seeks a Shift Controller to manage overnight and day shift operations, guiding staff to meet high standards while maintaining safety and service quality.

Responsibilities include supervising employees, acting as manager on duty when needed, and coordinating with Front Office and other departments. Candidates should have a high school diploma and proven supervisory experience.

• Demonstrated ability to lead operations and people.
• Proficient in data entry and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight and day shift operations as shift controller.
• Coach, train and correct staff to meet standards.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the manager.
• Coordinate Front Office activities with other departments.
• Follow Nestlé EHS rules and procedures for safety.
