Job summary

Nestlé Waters KSA is seeking a production operator for Almanhal Water Factory in Jeddah First Industrial City. The role involves tending the production line, loading materials, testing machine performance, and ensuring accurate logging of production data.

You will monitor equipment and parameters, report faults, participate in shift reviews, and verify bottles with correct dates and batch numbers. Water quality sampling and routine maintenance are also part of the role to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Experience with operating production line equipment and performing testing procedures.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate logs.
• Willingness to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Check quantities of raw and packaging materials received from warehouse per production order.
• Perform testing procedures to ensure machines run optimally during production.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures for the line.
• Monitor line equipment and parameters; submit fault reports when abnormalities are found.
• Participate in shift operational reviews to discuss achievements and issues.
• Verify production date and batch numbers printed on bottles.
• Perform water quality sampling and analysis using designated tools to ensure satisfactory treatment results.
• Maintain accurate logs and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
