Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in facilities management, engineering, building services, business or related field.
• Typically 3–5 years of experience in facility management, building operations, or related service delivery.
• Experience coordinating contractors, maintenance activities, budgets, and client-facing services.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of facility management services across the site or portfolio.
• Coordinate hard and soft services (maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management, reception).
• Monitor planned and reactive maintenance to ensure timely, quality work.
• Coordinate contractors, work orders, site access, permits, risk assessments, and performance reviews.
• Track SLAs, KPIs, customer feedback, and corrective actions.
• Assist with budgets, cost control, purchase orders, invoices, forecasts, and reporting.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safe, functional, well-maintained facilities and common areas.
• Support compliance with health & safety, fire safety, environmental, building, and contractual requirements.
