Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years’ engineering/maintenance experience and HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing training.
• 2-year degree in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related field with 4 years’ relevant experience and HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing training.

• Manages Engineering Operations and Budgets, monitors budget vs. actuals and leads cost control.
• Oversees physical plant: equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems; manages service contracts.
• Ensures fire safety, regulatory compliance, licenses and permits are current.
• Develops engineering operating strategy aligned with property goals; manages 10-year asset protection plans.
• Reviews financial statements and communicates departmental goals; leads long-term projects.

Ausbildung

High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing.
