Job summary

Dallah Albaraka Holding Co. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to plan and manage comprehensive management operations, ensuring safety and sustainability in line with approved methodologies.

The role requires 8–10 years in core management with at least 2 years in leadership, and strong knowledge of CAFM/CMMS and budget analysis to drive efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of core management experience with at least 2 in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of Crisis Management Systems (CAFM/CMMS) and agreement management; budgets based on cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities; prepare and implement preventive/corrective maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 41001 (Facilities Management) and ISO 45001 (HSE) standards and support internal audits.
• Evaluate supplier performance against KPIs and ensure value for money in contracts.
• Monitor expenditures and analyze costs to improve spending efficiency without compromising service quality.
• Develop initiatives to improve operational efficiency and implement sustainability practices.
• Lead teams and coordinate with departments to ensure process integration.

Responsibilities

First: Operations and Maintenance / Supervising daily operations, preparing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans (PM/CM) according to approved methodologies, and applying asset and facility management systems such as CAFM or CMMS.

Second: Quality Management and Compliance / Ensuring compliance with ISO 41001 (Facilities Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards, and being familiar with periodic review procedures and internal audit processes to ensure compliance.

Third: Contracts and Supplier Management / Evaluating supplier performance according to clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring quality and value for money.

Fourth: Financial Management / Monitoring expenditures, analyzing costs, and improving spending efficiency without affecting service quality.

Fifth: Performance Improvement and Sustainability / Developing initiatives to improve operational efficiency and implementing sustainability practices (energy conservation, waste management).

Sixth: Leadership and Coordination / Leading work teams, developing their skills, and coordinating with different departments to ensure process integration.
