Job summary

Alturki Holding seeks a Facility Manager to lead integrated FM services across Musanadah s sites in AlUla. You will drive service quality, contract performance, and client satisfaction while managing maintenance programmes and teams.

The role requires solid leadership, budget discipline, and strong stakeholder communication. Aaitre HSE and FM certifications are advantageous, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or facilities management field.
• 7+ years in facilities management, incl. 3+ years as a manager on IFM contracts or large projects.
• FM certification (IFMA FMP/CFM or IWFM) is preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated FM services across sites; ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
• Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance via CAFM to keep assets reliable and extend lifecycle.
• Drive contract performance against SLAs/KPIs; provide performance reports and improvement plans.
• Lead and manage in-house teams and subcontractors to meet operational needs on site.
• Manage operating budgets, control costs and enforce HSE standards across sites.

Job description

The Facility Manager leads the delivery of integrated facilities management services across Musanadah s sites in AlUla The role drives operational excellence contract compliance and client satisfaction by managing maintenance programmes multidisciplinary teams budgets and HSE standards

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated FM services across assigned sites making sure service quality compliance and client satisfaction stay consistent
• Oversee planned preventive and reactive maintenance programmes through the CAFM system to keep assets reliable and extend their lifecycle
• Drive contract performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs and provide regular performance reports and improvement plans to the client
• Lead develop and manage in-house teams and subcontractors so the right people and skills are on site to meet operational needs
• Manage operating budgets and cost control and enforce HSE standards across all site operations

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical or in Facilities Management related field.

At least 7 years of facilities management experience, including at least 3 years as a manager on IFM contracts, in hospitality, or on large mixed-use or giga-projects.

A professional FM certification ( IFMA FMP/CFM or IWFM) is preferred.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
