Job summary

Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities at Riyadh Factory and Riyadh Head Office.

The role requires supervising technicians, cleaners, and support staff, ensuring PPM tasks are performed on schedule, and monitoring routine, corrective, and emergency works. In addition, the position involves coordinating with service providers, managing access requirements, and ensuring prompt fulfilment of BU facility needs while maintaining safety,

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians, cleaners, and support staff.
• Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities are executed as scheduled.
• Monitor and verify completion of routine, corrective, and emergency maintenance works.
• Coordinate and follow up with facility maintenance, housekeeping, waste management, recycling, and other service providers.
• Issue and monitor contractor gate passes and site access requirements.
• Ensure all Business Unit (BU) facility maintenance requirements are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain facility standards, safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
• Follow up on work orders, service requests, and contractor performance to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.
