Job summary

ASMO in Saudi Arabia is seeking a senior Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee site operations, ensuring safe and reliable building infrastructure, equipment, and utilities. You will lead a team of technicians and an admin controller, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet maintenance and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include developing preventive maintenance programs, managing vendors, budgeting, and driving continuous improvement across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required or equivalent work experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Certifications in facility/maintenance management are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including infrastructure, equipment and utilities.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Manage external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians and a facility admin controller.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, manage budgeting, procurement, and record-keeping for facilities.
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities within the facility.
