Job summary

KONE Saudi Arabia is seeking an energetic Facilities, Fleet & Administration Manager to lead end-to-end operations for Facilities, Fleet, Travel and Admin across all KSA locations. You will own the department budget, drive cost savings, and manage contracts and service providers.

The role requires multi-site facilities experience, 7+ years in facilities management, and strong leadership. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, along with SAP and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years facilities management experience with multi-site responsibility.
• 4+ years managing specialists and administrative teams.
• Contract management: SLA governance and supplier performance.
• Familiarity with Procurement & Finance processes.
• KSA regulatory understanding: labour accommodation, licensing.
• Proficient in SAP or equivalent ERP.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Facilities, Fleet and Administration across all KSA locations.
• Set service standards, priorities and coverage; own department budget and cost savings.
• Manage contracts, SLAs, renewals and supplier performance; ensure on-contract operations.
• Lead staff resourcing, objective setting, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, HSE, HR and Operations on strategy.
• Develop local guidelines for accommodation, travel, parking, and office services.
• Prepare periodic reporting on spend, savings, KPIs and occupancy/fleet utilization.
