Job summary

KONE Saudi Arabia is seeking an energetic Facilities, Fleet & Administration Manager to lead end‑to‑end operations across all KSA locations, including offices, staff accommodation, vehicle fleet, travel and administrative services. You will own the department budget and drive cost optimization.

As Department Owner you will build the Facilities team, set service standards, manage contracts and SLAs, coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, HSE and HR, and report on spend, savings and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in facilities management with multi-site responsibility.
• Minimum 4 years managing specialists and administrative teams.
• Contract management including SLA governance, commercial terms and renewals.
• Familiarity with Procurement & Finance processes.
• Knowledge of KSA labor accommodation, licensing and government interactions.

Responsibilities

• Runs day-to-day operations of Facilities, Fleet & Administration across all KSA locations.
• Acts as Department Owner for Facilities, Fleet and Administration in KSA: define local requirements and service standards.
• Develops and maintains KSA guidelines for accommodations, travel, and office services.
• Owns all department contracts: scope, SLA, costs, renewals, and vendor performance.
• Leads the Facilities team: hiring, performance reviews and development.
• Manages supplier relationships, conducts reviews, and escalates issues.
• Collaborates with Purchasing to run sourcing events and approvals.
• Oversees staff accommodation management, licensing, regulatory compliance and welfare.
• Manages fleet, travel policy, budgeting and cost controls.
• Builds periodic reporting on spend, savings, and KPI performance.
