Job summary

Ernst & Young AE is seeking a Manager to join FAAS within Banking and Capital Markets. The role combines banking domain knowledge with asset management, private equity accounting, and operational excellence to deliver finance transformation engagements.

You will lead advisory programs across target operating models, governance, and technology-enabled change, while coordinating with client stakeholders across finance, operations, risk, and technology to achieve practical roadmaps and measurable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline.
Professional qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA/CFA) advantageous.
Experience with Banking and Capital Markets clients preferred.
Fluency in English; Arabic language capability would be an advantage for regional client delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and support advisory engagements across finance transformation and operating model design.
Manage client stakeholders across business, finance, technology, risk, and compliance.
Develop workplans, governance structures, and boardroom-ready materials.
Coach and supervise junior team members to ensure quality and timely delivery.
