Qualifications

• Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality or Barista school and more than one year’s experience in a similar operational role.
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiar with MICROS/point-of-sale platforms.
• Knowledge of hotel/resort policies on discounts/food promotions.
• Familiar with F&B terminology, wine service, menu development and inventory control.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and conduct welcome and check-in procedures efficiently.
• Answer outlet telephone courteously per department standards.
• Escort guests to the table and assist with seating and menus.
• Promote and upsell items as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene.
• Follow safety, security and emergency procedures as required.
