Overview
The F&B Marketing Executive is responsible for driving revenue, footfall, and cultural relevance across Faena The Red Sea’s portfolio of restaurants, bars, lounges, and nightlife venues. This role sits at the intersection of Operations, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy, owning how venues are positioned, promoted, and activated to deliver strong covers, average spend, and outlet performance.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role—not a junior or purely digital position. Success is measured by results on the floor as much as visibility online, ensuring each venue has a clear identity, compelling rhythm, and strong market pull aligned with the Faena brand.

- Translate operational and commercial challenges into targeted, performance-driven marketing campaigns
- Own and deliver all F&B campaigns including restaurant openings, relaunches, chef collaborations, themed nights, entertainment programming, and seasonal events

- Partner closely with Restaurant Managers, Chefs, Bars, Entertainment, and Operations teams to support outlet performance
- Own F&B brand tone, storytelling, imagery, and presentation across all channels
- Oversee menu photography, venue visuals, promotional copy, and digital listings to ensure premium brand standards
- Manage digital, social, influencer, and paid activity with a clear focus on reservations, ticket sales, and conversion
- Optimize performance across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Google, Snapchat, and SevenRooms
- Track and report on reach, engagement, covers generated, and revenue uplift from campaigns
- Support and activate on-property experiences including DJ nights, chef takeovers, wine dinners, and beach or pool events
