Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant/Cost Accountant with relevant certification.
• Experience in cost control within F&B is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost control process including COGS, inventory, and BOM maintenance.
• Investigate variances and implement corrective processes.
• Prepare monthly COGS for all divisions and maintain ERP data.
• Maintain inventory controls with procurement and production teams.
• Ensure inventory counts, aging reports, and loss prevention measures.
