Job summary

SIHAMCO is seeking a detail-oriented F&B Cost Controller to supervise cost control across all our Kooz Karak retail operations. You will manage inventory, monitor costs against budget, and support profitability in collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and F&B teams.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Hospitality and 3–5 years of cost-control experience in hospitality. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Hospitality Management.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Cost Controller in restaurant, fast-food or hospitality.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operational processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate recipe costing, item pricing, and system master data.
• Lead Menu Engineering Meetings with the F&B team, analyze Cost of Sales, and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Monitor and control F&B costs in line with budget targets.
• Analyze cost of sales and variance reports; investigate discrepancies, wastage, and inefficiencies.
• Oversee physical stock counts and reconcile POS, stock control, and accounting systems.
• Collaborate with Procurement to source cost-effective, high-quality products.
• Monitor supplier pricing and negotiate fixed-term contracts where applicable.
• Submit accurate month-end reports to the Financial Controller / F&B Director.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, audit standards, and local regulations.
