Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a CSU Area Manager to support testing, commissioning, O&M, and asset handover for the Riyadh Expo 2030 project in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality and budget compliance, guiding teams through commissioning and handover activities.

Strong leadership, engineering knowledge and experience in startup and testing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or international equivalent.
• Professional engineering license is preferred.
• Extensive experience in heavy industry or testing & commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct CSU activities within Riyadh Expo project.
• Supervise engineers, estimate staffing and schedules.
• Coordinate interface testing and review test documentation.
• Provide input to engineering on revisions and manuals.
• Prepare CSU plans and update project controls for schedules.
