Job summary

Foreground is seeking a Concept Creator & 3D Designer for its Riyadh-based team, blending strong conceptual thinking with spatial design and hands-on execution within exhibitions, large-scale events, or immersive brand environments.

You will lead concept development, translate briefs into visitor journeys, create concept decks and mood boards, and deliver high‑quality 3D designs and visuals that are feasible for fabrication.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of experience in experiential/exhibition design.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale premium physical experiences from concept to execution.
• Strong foundation in interior architecture and spatial design.
• Hands-on exposure to fabrication, materials, lighting, and temporary structures.
• Experience working on Middle East projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strong experiential concepts for exhibitions, brand activations, and large-scale events.
• Translate client briefs into clear spatial narratives and visitor journeys.
• Create concept decks, mood boards, and visuals that articulate design intent.
• Ensure concepts balance creativity, functionality, and guest experience.
