Job summary

BONAFIDE is seeking a Senior 3D Designer to lead the development of 3D concepts and visual designs for events, brand activations, and immersive experiences. You will transform briefs into detailed environments and visuals while ensuring creative execution and feasibility.

You will mentor junior designers, manage multiple projects, and collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Project Managers, and clients to deliver high-quality, on-brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related design field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in 3D design for events or experiential projects.
• Strong portfolio showing event spaces, stages, activations and installations.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D design and visualization software listed above.
• Solid space planning knowledge and understanding of production needs.
• Creative, conceptual thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D concepts and visualizations for events and experiential projects.
• Translate briefs into detailed 3D environments and experiences.
• Design event spaces including stages, booths, pavilions, and installations.
• Produce detailed models, renders, walkthroughs, and client presentation visuals.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and producers to refine concepts.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, budget, and site constraints.
• Develop multiple concepts and options based on project needs.
• Prepare design files and visuals for production teams.
• Review designs with production for fabrication feasibility.
• Conduct site assessments and adapt designs to space conditions.
• Mentee junior designers and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Stay updated on event design trends and technology.
