Job summary

Alamcosa in Riyadh invites a talented Architect and 3D Visualizer to join our design team. We seek 0–5 years of experience and a strong foundation in architectural design, space planning, and high-quality visualization to translate concepts into compelling visuals from concept through construction documentation.

You will develop design concepts, create photorealistic renders with 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Lumion, prepare AutoCAD/Revit drawings, and collaborate with project teams across residential,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 0–5 years of professional experience in architecture and/or 3D visualization.
• Strong command of 3D modeling and rendering software (3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar).
• Portfolio demonstrating architectural design and 3D visualization work is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural design concepts through 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Create photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals using tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent software.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Support the design team in developing interior and exterior design schemes for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Collaborate with project architects, interior designers, and project managers throughout the design and delivery process.
• Produce design presentations and client-ready packages including mood boards, concept sheets, and render sets.
• Assist in preparing tender and construction documentation where required.
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and visualization technologies.
