Job summary

Saudi Telecom Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Sr Professional to shape the executive compensation and benefits framework, ensuring rewards stay competitive with regional peers and aligned to grading structures.

You will design recognition programs, total rewards packages, and retention initiatives while conducting periodic salary surveys across the Kingdom and GCC to support policy compliance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in Telecom Industry in Rewards role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive compensation and benefits structure mapped to grading.
• Develop and maintain Executive bonus/recognition strategy.
• Develop and maintain executive total rewards packages linked with grading.
• Implement financial and non-financial recognition programs for Executives.
• Implement retention programs for Executives.
• Participate in job evaluation committee sessions for STC Executive positions.
• Implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
• Ensure consistency of total reward across STC Executives.
• Carry out periodic salary surveys and analyze Executive total reward surveys in the Kingdom and GCC.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant majors

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for developing and maintaining the executive compensation amp benefits structure and make sure stc executive reward are competitive comparing with other competitors The role holder will also be responsible for Develop maintain and implement financial and non-financial recognition programs for Executives The role holder shall carry out job duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures

Job Responsibility

• Develop and maintain compensation amp benefits structure including rating scale salary structure benefits strategy etc mapped with grading structure for Executive stc positions
• Develop and maintain Executive bounce strategy
• Develop and maintain Executive total reward packages linked with grading structure
• Develop maintain and implement financial and non-financial recognition programs for Executives
• Implement retention programs for Executives
• Participate in job evaluation committee session evaluate with committee members STC Executive positions
• Implement compensation and benefits strategies policies and procedures
• Ensure consistency of Total Reward offered across stc Executives
• Carry out periodic salary surveys and analyze Executive Total Reward surveys in the Kingdom and in GCC countries
