Confidential in Saudi Arabia seeks a Head of MRO Operations to lead all shipyard maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities. You will drive profitability, safety, and on-time delivery across vessel repair, docking, and fabrication projects.

You will establish operational strategies, optimize productivity, maximize facility use, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Offshore, Marine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within shipbuilding or maritime industries.
• Proven track record of leading operational teams in diverse or high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of shipyard operations, production processes, and supply chain management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in Saudi Arabia and internationally.

• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for operational departments and monitor performance metrics.
