Job summary

Qiddiya's Sports Center is seeking a Service Medical Director to lead a defined service line within the Sports Center, such as rehabilitation, sports medicine, performance, fitness, or wellness. The role owns strategy, operations, financial performance, service quality, customer outcomes, and team capability for the assigned service line.

You will drive end-to-end operations, oversee patient pathways, scheduling, capacity, and quality standards, and coordinate with physicians, therapists,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred for senior leadership role.
• 12+ years of experience in sports, rehabilitation, or clinical operations environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead service line strategy and growth for the assigned area.
• Own day-to-day operations, scheduling, capacity, and workflows.
• Manage bud gets, revenue targets, and financial performance.
• Ensure clinical/technical standards, safety, and quality.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, trainers, and support teams.
• Develop team capability and drive continuous improvement.
