Job summary

Qiddiya Sports Center seeks a Sports Center Service Medical Director to lead a defined service line such as rehabilitation, sports medicine, or performance. You will own strategy, operations, financial performance, service quality, and team capability within the service line.

This leadership role requires shaping programs, improving patient/customer outcomes, and ensuring compliance with standards while coordinating with clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver high-quality services in Riyadh,

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience in service line management, budgeting, and KPIs.
• Strong understanding of customer experience, service delivery models, clinical/technical standards, and revenue performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for the assigned service line in alignment with organizational goals.
• Own day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery and efficient workflows.
• Manage budgets, revenue targets, and financial performance; monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, operations, marketing, and finance teams.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and build capability in service excellence and compliance.
