Job summary

SEVEN in Riyadh is seeking a senior leader to head Commercial, Planning and Project Controls (CP&P) within the Projects Department. You will lead a 50+ professional team delivering planning, reporting, cost control, budgeting, change and claims management, and governance across a global project portfolio.

The role partners with delivery and development teams to enable on-time delivery, strong governance, and financial performance, driving strategy, performance metrics, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Commercial, Project Planning and Cost Control across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CP&P strategy and business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead budgeting, cost control, and benchmarking across the portfolio.
• Oversee governance, policy adherence, and internal/external audits.
• Manage Change & Claims processes and lead commercial review activities for tenders.
• Lead planning and cost-control support across projects and monitor milestones.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent is preferred
