Job summary

Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN seeks an executive leader for the Commercial, Planning and Project Controls (CP&P) function within the Projects Department in Riyadh. You will guide a 50+ person team responsible for budgeting, reporting, change management, and financial governance across a global portfolio.

You will collaborate with development and delivery teams to ensure strategy execution, timely reporting, and control of costs, risks, and opportunities across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying is required.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in Commercial, Project Planning and Cost Control across multiple sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CP&P strategy and business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and reporting for the Projects portfolio.
• Manage Change & Claims and governance to enable project delivery.
• Coach and develop Directors and senior leaders in the function.
• Represent commercial functions in management committees and executive forums.
