Job summary

SEVEN seeks a senior leader to develop, implement, and manage Commercial Controls, Reporting & Consolidation, Cost Systems, Governance and related Document Control activities across the portfolio. You will lead multiple teams delivering accurate, timely performance information to support executive decision-making.

Responsibility includes custodian of portfolio data, processes and systems, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement and effective stakeholder engagement with Projects, Finance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferable.
• APM (Association for Project Management).
• PPM (Professional in Project Management).
• PgMP (Program Management Professional).

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Controls, Reporting, Change Management and Governance functions across SEVEN's portfolio.
• Ensure portfolio reporting accuracy, timeliness and quality.
• Govern change management, cost systems and document control processes.
• Develop and maintain training materials and capability development within the function.
• Lead recruitment, coaching and succession planning across multiple teams.
