Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) seeks a Principal Executive Coordinator for the Office of the Vice-President Finance & CFO in Jeddah. The role demands high-level coordination, policy guidance, and cross-unit collaboration to support financial governance and strategic priorities.

The candidate will lead planning, budget, and engagement initiatives, while ensuring effective communication with investors, boards, and external partners in a complex MDB environment.

Qualifications

Master's degree in economics, finance or related field required.
12 years of relevant experience in MDBs or international organizations preferred.
English mandatory; Arabic/French preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Annual Work Plans and KPIs for the VPF CFO Office.
Provide advisory support to the Vice-President on Finance & CFO matters.
Coordinate with internal units and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and actions.
Review briefing materials and proposals to improve quality and alignment with IsDB strategy.
