Executive Chef - Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cooks and overseeing the delivery of high-quality, innovative cuisine. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. We are offering a competitive salary of 1300 and are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Job Summary

The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing creative menus which feature fresh ingredients from local suppliers, as well as creating dishes that reflect the culture and traditions of Riyadh. This position requires strong culinary skills, a passion for food, and an aptitude for managing staff in a professional kitchen environment. The Executive Chef will work closely with the restaurant owner to ensure that customers have a memorable experience every time they visit the establishment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience working in professional kitchens
• A comprehensive understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required
