The ideal candidate has at least five years as an Executive Chef in a high‑volume setting, deep knowledge of Pakistani cooking techniques, strong leadership, and excellent English communication to coordinate with staff and suppliers

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
• Extensive knowledge of Pakistani cuisine and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain menus featuring authentic Pakistani dishes, while also incorporating local flavors and ingredients
• Manage all aspects of food production to ensure high quality standards are met
• Oversee kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
