Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine.
• Extensive knowledge of traditional Pakistani dishes and cooking techniques.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique menu items.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute menus featuring authentic Pakistani dishes.
• Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks accordingly.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients.
• Ensure all food is prepared and served according to food safety standards.
• Train new kitchen staff on menu items, cooking techniques, and safety procedures.
• Create new menu items that reflect traditional Pakistani flavors while incorporating modern twists.
• Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate them into the menu when appropriate.
