Responsible for leading and managing the kitchen team, ensuring that all recipes, food standards, procedures and regulations are followed.

Also responsible for controlling food costs, developing menus, creating new recipes, coordinating catering services and ordering supplies.

Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment and have excellent leadership abilities. Good communication skills both verbal and written are essential. A culinary degree or diploma is preferred but not mandatory. Should also have the ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
