You will be responsible for menus, kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. Key requirements include a culinary degree or equivalent, strong leadership, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create menus that appeal to our diverse clientele.
• Ensure high quality and consistency in all dishes served.
• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen including food preparation and cooking.
• Train and manage kitchen staff providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies when necessary.
• Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
