Confidential Careers is seeking an Executive Business Partner (EBP) to support top management with administrative, project management, coordination and communications.
The role also covers Public Relations, events management and marketing activities, coordinating with Finance, HR and IT, and representing the leadership in external communications.
The Executive Business Partner (EBP) supports the effectiveness and efficiency of top management by providing administrative, project management, coordination, and communication support. The role also supports Public Relations, Events Management, and Marketing activities, facilitates engagement with internal stakeholders, and represents the organization and its executive team in external correspondence.
Manage calendars and schedules for top management, including meetings and conference calls, resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring effective use of executives’ time.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, agendas, contract negotiations, and venue bookings.
Support the preparation of presentations, electronic communications, reports, and other communications issued by top management.
Act as the lead person for assigned projects.
Partner with top management to execute transformational changes.
Monitor, update, and communicate project schedules and plans to top management and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Finance, HR, and IT, to assess and continuously improve administrative processes.
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for top management.
Represent the organization’s leadership philosophy and culture when interacting with customers, employees, and internal and external stakeholders.
Handle procurement activities for the organization.
Provide orientation, guidance, and general support to company staff.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Prepare content for the publication of marketing materials and oversee their distribution.
Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to support activities and enhance the company’s presence.
Manage and improve the company’s presence on social media.
Brainstorm and implement event plans and concepts.
Lead and manage organizational events.
Coordinate and direct Public Relations activities.
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services across various media.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis.
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.
Maintain and develop business relationships with marketing and event-planning agencies.
Perform other job-related duties as instructed by management.

5-10 years of experience in Administrative, Public Relations, or Marketing fields.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar fields.
