Job summary

You will manage CROs, vendors, timelines, and budgets while coordinating investigative sites and publication activities across Medical Affairs and related teams.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical research operations or evidence generation, with fluency in English and Arabic and strong project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Public Health, Healthcare Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Advanced degree (Master's) in Clinical Research, Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Economics, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of approved evidence-generation studies and scientific publications.
• Manage CROs, vendors, investigators, timelines, budgets, and dissemination activities.
• Coordinate site and investigator engagement, start-up activities, and study close-out.
• Monitor recruitment, progress, and budget risks; provide monthly updates.
• Own affiliate publication planning and ensure compliance with approvals.
