Job summary

AbbVie Inc. in Riyadh seeks an Evidence Generation Specialist Advisor to lead end-to-end evidence-generation studies and scientific publications, coordinating CROs, vendors, investigators, timelines and budgets to deliver compliant results.

You will collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory, Finance and Legal teams to disseminate findings, maintain study documentation, and ensure inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical research operations or evidence generation.
• Experience in start-up, execution, monitoring, close-out and budget tracking.
• Experience with vendor management and site engagement.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, SFDA regulations and ethics requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of approved evidence-generation studies with CROs and vendors.
• Develop detailed implementation plans with timelines, milestones, budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate investigator engagement activities and site activation.
• Monitor study progress, risks and mitigation actions; ensure inspection-ready documentation.
• Own affiliate publication planning and manuscript development; manage publication vendors.
• Coordinate evidence dissemination across Medical Market Access, Commercial teams and related stakeholders.
