Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Evidence Generation Specialist/Advisor to lead end-to-end execution of approved studies and scientific publications. You will manage CROs, vendors, investigators, timelines, and budgets, ensuring high-quality dissemination of evidence across internal and external channels.

The role collaborates with Medical, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, and Clinical Operations teams to ensure compliant and impactful evidence generation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Clinical Research Operations and/or Evidence Generation.
• Experience in study start-up, execution, monitoring, close-out, vendor management, investigator/site engagement, and budget tracking.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of approved evidence-generation studies and publications.
• Coordinate CROs, vendors, investigators, timelines, budgets, and dissemination activities.
• Manage publication planning, documentation, and approvals.
• Maintain study master files and inspection-ready records.
• Provide monthly study-health updates and risk mitigations.
