Job summary

Jamjoom Pharma is seeking a driven Tamheer Trainee - Event Specialist to join our Event Management team and gain hands-on experience managing events end-to-end.

Ideal candidate will support planning, coordination with stakeholders, and on-site execution, with a focus on delivering successful events and timely post-event reporting. This role is based in Jeddah under the Tamheer program.

Qualifications

• Must meet Tamheer program requirements.
• Resident in Jeddah.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality, Public Relations, or related field from a recognized university.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Not registered in GOSI during the last six months.

Responsibilities

• Support and progressively manage small-to-medium events.
• Develop event plans, timelines, and checklists.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage quotations, logistics, budgets, and PO follow-ups.
• Support/lead on-site event execution and resolve operational issues.
• Complete post-event evaluation, reporting, and financial closure.
