Job summary

Eventive Group is seeking an experienced events Project Manager to oversee projects from concept to completion in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and quality, coordinating across creative, production, operations, and logistics teams.

You will translate client briefs into actionable plans, manage supplier relationships, lead on-site delivery, and produce post-event reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing events from planning through on-site delivery.
• Track record of delivering multiple projects within budgets and deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of event production, logistics, and supplier coordination.
• Excellent client communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Confidence leading teams and making decisions under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
• Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends when required by event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Translate client briefs into clear requirements and practical execution plans.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Coordinate internal teams across creative, production, operations, and logistics.
• Source, brief, and manage suppliers, contractors, venues, and other event partners.
• Track costs, review quotations, and manage changes to the agreed scope and budget.
• Oversee venue readiness, production schedules, transportation, staffing, and event logistics.
• Prepare event schedules, team briefings, and contingency plans.
• Lead on-site setup, rehearsals, live delivery, and dismantling.
• Identify risks early and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Coordinate applicable permits, venue requirements, and health and safety arrangements.
• Complete post-event reporting, budget reconciliation, and performance reviews.
