Job summary

Whitecollars in Riyadh seeks an events & exhibitions project manager to launch and scale our department, coordinating tender responses, client networks across Saudi Arabia, and end-to-end delivery from pricing to on-site execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, recruit and mentor staff, manage budgets and BOQs, and build long-term partnerships with government entities and large corporates, driving revenue in the fast-growing Saudi events sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of events and exhibitions project management experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Established network with government entities and large corporate clients in KSA.
• Commercial and technical expertise in pricing BOQs, bids, and interpreting technical drawings.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, design or related field; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery from pricing and BOQ preparation to on-site execution and final handover.
• Manage tender platforms, proposals, and expanding Saudi client network.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, suppliers, and subcontractors; ensure revenue targets.
• Recruit, mentor, and structure the events team; establish workflows and department strategy.
