Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Riyadh is seeking a senior E&C leader responsible for translating global and area ethics and compliance strategies into actionable cluster plans and governance across the region.

You will lead Country E&C Business Partners, ensure robust risk assessment and escalation, and maintain home LOC programme execution, including governance, training, and issue remediation. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant ethics & compliance, risk management or legal experience in healthcare.
• Proven leadership with multi-country teams.
• Experience designing and overseeing E&C programmes.

Responsibilities

• Translate global and area E&C strategy into a risk-based Cluster plan.
• Advise cluster leadership on governance, risk, and compliant decision-making.
• Lead, coach and develop Country E&C Business Partners.
• Chair the local Risk, Ethics & Compliance Committee for the home LOC.
• Oversee monitoring, investigations support and remediation.
• Promote integrity and continuous improvement across the cluster.
