Takeda (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) is seeking a senior Ethics & Compliance leader to translate global strategy into local execution, and to partner with Cluster leadership to drive responsible growth. You will oversee risk assessment, governance and escalation, while coaching Country E&C Business Partners to ensure consistent application across the Cluster.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory insight and a record of designing and implementing E&C programmes in regulated

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant E&C, risk management and/or legal experience within healthcare, pharma or regulated industry.
• Proven leadership experience, including partnering with senior leaders and leading teams across borders.
• Experience designing, implementing and overseeing E&C programmes.

Mansioni

• Translate Global and Area E&C strategy into a risk-based Cluster plan and lead its execution.
• Provide leadership, coaching and oversight to Country E&C Business Partners.
• Chair local RECC for the home LOC and oversee E&C programme execution locally.
• Identify, assess and explain E&C risks across the Cluster and home LOC; escalate when needed.
• Oversee monitoring, investigations support and remediation to improve programme effectiveness.
