Job summary

Takeda in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Ethics & Compliance leader to translate global strategy into cluster execution while partnering with senior leaders. The role oversees risk assessment, governance and remediation across the Cluster and home LOC, including leading local E&C Business Partners and RECCs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) with significant E&C/risk management experience in regulated healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant E&C, risk management and/or legal experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Proven leadership with multi-country collaboration and senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Translate Global/Area E&C strategy into cluster plans and govern execution.
• Lead and coach Country E&C Business Partners to ensure local risk assessment and governance.
• Chair local RECC and own home LOC E&C programme execution and remediation.
• Provide risk-based advisory input to senior leaders and ensure PTRB compliance.
• Oversee monitoring, investigations support and remediation activities across the cluster.
